Subject	Fuel damper causing no start?

Message	Is this a possibility? It cranks turns over then instantly stalls out. I replaced the FPR and fuel filter a little while back, all injectors ohm around 12. Changed out the fuel pump thinking that was the problem and no difference, ran codes and got 55. Fuel pressure test was normal during initial prime. Pulled the vac line off the damper and it smelled highly of gas, could it failing cause the problems I'm having? No vac leaks at all. Car: 94 N/A
